Placed in Cellphone |The Sony Ericsson W850i has been uniquely combined with a full horizontal mode camera experience.Through heartbeat illumination features, the W850i lights up the control keys in rhythm with the music. Sony Ericsson has also evolved the Walkman music player. Simplifying navigation through music genres, playlists, individual songs, or music albums, a TrackID feature powered by Gracenote Mobile MusicID, can record a few seconds of a song, either via the microphone or the in built FM radio. With one click, the clip is sent to the Gracenote worldwide music database which will identify the track and relay the information back to the phone.
The good: The Sony Ericsson W850i has great performance and a wealth of features, including a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and a digital music player.
The bad: The Sony Ericsson W850i has poorly designed navigation controls and limited integrated memory.
The bottom line: The Sony Ericsson W850i offers the great performance and high-end features we’ve come to expect from the company’s Walkman phones, but its usability is hampered by unintuitive controls.

Sony Ericsson Iduo Cell Phone
Sony Ericsson just release new 12 megapixel camera phone during Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2009 in Barcelona. Its called Iduo, this wonderfull cellphone boasts a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with 16:9 aspect ratio, a built-in GPS navigation function, 3G, media player, photo editor, and support for WiFI connectivity. According to the Sony Ericsson site, Iduo will be ready on the market in the third quarter of 2009 in selected countries. Hopefully my country, Indonesia, is on their list....

Sony Ericsson added today the first UMTS handset to the Walkman range of music phones. The 3G technology in the new Sony Ericsson W900 allows for faster network downloads of music and video. The swivel phone gets its design from the S700 model and its camera from the successful W800 Walkman.
